If I had some kind of majestic sounding instrument to put to use, now would so be the appropriate occasion for it! (But note: I DO have fireworks! See that pretty picture over there?!)
After much scribbling, snipping and dipping (this would be the process of handwriting every single one of the 130+ entries, cutting them into size and then placing them into a hat to be tossed around - and yes, I will ABSOLUTELY investigate a less labour-intensive/more efficient option for future giveaways!), three winning names were plucked for the Textbook Romance competition! And to be honest, it was surprisingly heartwrenching: I really, truly, madly and deeply did want EVERYONE to win. But unfortunately, Donald Trump and I only have a couple of things in common, and a colossal bank account is 100% not one of them.
Anyhoo! Here are the names of the drawn submissions, as produced by my highly technological and futuristic hat system! :
