x Tell people how you feel about them. Whether it's a friend, a family member or the deliciously spunky person who serves you coffee each morning - pipe up! What's the worst that could happen?! It doesn't work out, but you walk away knowing that you're courageous, and they're feeling totally flattered? Go for it! x Take risks. x Listen to your body. x Strive towards becoming the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. x Think big. x Complete small, random acts of kindness every day. x Make lists of the things that you want to achieve and, step by step, work out ways to accomplish them! x Realise that life is only as dramatic as you make it. x Celebrate more. x Give up the grudge. x Every day, remind yourself ''there is only one 04/11/09 (insert applicable date here) - what do I want to achieve, and how do I want to remember my day?'' x Plan to complete (at least!) one fun activity every week. x Seek to argue less, and understand more. x When faced with big decisions, ask yourself: ''Which outcome would I regret not selecting more?'' x Never stop learning. (There's a lesson in everything!) x Avoid producing or consuming gossip. x Keep a savings account. (Even if you only put $2 in it a week!) x Don't sweat the small stuff. Generally, it won't matter a year from now. x Take more photos. x Remember that other people's venom has nothing to do with you. x Know that happiness is a CHOICE.
