Presenting, my love list from the week that was!

x The Sydney Blogger's Breakfast/Papershow Event - Oh, why was I ever nervous?! It was fabulous! A beautiful hot breakfast hosted by Sunrise's technology expert Peter Baslina (in all his hawaiian shirt glory!), consisting of fresh croissants, muffins, bacon & egg sandwiches, fruit platters and coffee galore, wonderful company, and an excellent presentation on a nifty little gadget called Papershow, which, amazingly, we all received as a gift at the conclusion of the affair. (It almost felt like a scene out of Oprah: ''And today, you ALL get to take one home!'') Mega props must be delivered to Hollie Turner for organising such a superb gathering - the venue looked incredible (as the below picture depicts - that was just the ENTRANCE!), and it was such a fantastic opportunity to converse with other bloggers and share our experiences. Thank-you, thank-you, THANK-YOU!

x Vintage Shopping Expeditions - It's a piece that seems to be dividing opinions already, but today I spied the most ludicrously metallic, puffy, 80's gown that I have ever laid my eyes on, and all for $18... naturally, I had to purchase it! It's a bit mental, but I'm too infatuated to care! Expect it coming to a 'What The Frock?!' post near you!

x Changing My Facebook Status From 'Single' To 'In A Relationship' &.. -  ... receiving comments such as ''you and the GHD (hair straightener) finally decided to make it official!'' and ''is it with a bottle of vodka?''  My friends. I love them.

x Other Little Things - Shut Up, Vita  (one of my new favourite blogs, penned by one of my favourite girls!); my new Forever21 pieces FINALLY arriving (even if one of the items is so CRIMINALLY minimal in length that the only excusable way to wear it would be as a t-shirt!); my puppy returning home safely and healthy after a major operation; afternoon cupcakes; $20 manicures; exactly 4 weeks until New Zealand TODAY; cute name tags with your website printed on them; the friendly girl seated beside me at The Sydney Blogger's Breakfast/Papershow event who said, after asking what I wrote about, ''actually... I've heard of Frock & Roll!'' and advised me that no, it wasn't rude to eat a muffin with my hands; and blasting The Deftones' Back To School while cruising around on a warm, Sydney Sunday afternoon...
