BLOG
''I feel like some kind of gloating GIT for shamelessly uploading my holiday snapshots like we're members of an audience in a (highly fictional!) television production called The Boasting Hour!'' I admitted last week. ''Do it anyway!'' You insisted. (No really, you did, and I have the notes from the carrier pigeons you kindly sent over to prove it and EVERYTHING! Or was it through blog comments that you left? It was definitely one of the two!)
So! With THAT little reassurance in mind, I say a booming BONJOURNO from Florence, Italy, and present to you Postcards From Europe (Part Two)!
I've been travelling through Europe for almost three weeks now, and here are some of my favourite moments from the adventure thus far:

Throwing gorgeously hued leaves and immersing myself in the eerily fairytale-like beauty of Berlin's TierGarten! What's Not Evident In This Photograph: the temperature. It was six degrees that day! Six degrees! Shiver me timbers!

(Successfully!) navigating the underground train network in The Czech Republic's Prague!

Cruising along Prague's Vltava River.

Wandering through the streets of Munich! (And consuming oversized pretzels!)

Experiencing the snow-capped mountains along the drive from Munich to Austria!

Sunshine, a gondola ride, gelato and close encounters of the pigeon kind in Venice!

Posing like a muppet who is having MUCH too much of a wickedly wonderful time in front of The Colosseum, in Rome!

And desperately trying to catch up on e-mails, blogging and copywriting projects in between! Which looks a whole lot like this.
♥
How was your week? Do you have any deliciously spooky festivities planned for your evening? I'm donning a pair of skull earrings, wrapping myself in toilet paper (in the guise of having a costume planned!) and heading out to dinner! Happy, happy Halloween!
xoxo
ah, so in love with these photos!

Wow, looks like you had a great holiday. Makes me really jealous, because there is so much of Europe I haven't seen. Prague for instance.
But with the pic and the caption, I kind of scrolled down and though: Gosh, that is a bit disappointing, Prague looks pretty much like Munich. - And only then I realised that the next pic was actually really Munich. :)

I wish I was over in grand Europe right now! Instead of being stuck in the Land of Oz drowning in a sea of exams and assignments.
Hope all is well!
