That sentiment? I like it. I like it very, very much!
Here are a few of my highlights from the week that was.. ! :
x New Moon Anticipation - It's been fetching mixed reviews left, right and centre (much like the Twilight saga itself!) but oh, I can't WAIT to see it this weekend! Have you seen it? Did you love it? Or are you kind of just looking forward to the days when you can pull open a newspaper/magaz
x Visiting The ABC Ultimo Centre - A television tour? Ooh, how lovely! On Monday, as part of a reward for finishing our studies, our Media & Communications class is attending a tour of Sydney's The ABC Centre! According to The ABC, the tour features a visit to ''one of the two digital state-of-the-ar
x Opeth - My ears have been having some kind of amazing affair with Opeth for YEARS now, but at the moment, the obsession is truly full blown! I am smitten! The Grand Conjuration and The Drapery Falls have been on my high-rotation playlist all week, and although I couldn't attend their concert in Sydney on Monday night (boo!), my boyfriend very sweetly called me at random intervals throughout the event, putting his phone up towards the direction of the stage, just so that I could hear them! Aww, and EXCELLENT.

x Furniture Shopping - Who knew that gushing over gorgeous lamps, testing out new mattresses and swooning over quilts could be so much fun?! I feel like I've been kept in the dark about this the entire time! It's fun deluxe, and definitely one of my favourite activities at the moment!
x Other Little Things - Large mirror balls; crunchy organic almonds; handwriting letters; Christmas carols (did I just say that?! Yes! I did, I did!); pretty, vintage scarves, and my brilliant friend Vita for actually showing me how she ties hers so that it looks so ridiculously splendid!; the cutest of comments; and dreamily gazing at the ocean, mmmm.
♥
So, cupcake pixie! How has your week been?! What are you super duper deliriously giddy about celebrating or appreciating on this lovely day?
xoxo

Melissa - Yay! :D
Miss Sofia - Isn't it?! I love it!
Luana - To be honest, I thought the same thing of the 'Twilight' movie, but I still can't seem to shake my insatiable addiction towards the books!
Katie - 'Tis indeed, I am OBSESSED!

I saw new moon on Saturday night.. I'm not really a Twilight fan but it was OK. Not how I like my vampire movies though...

Ah! I watched New Moon a week ago and like Twilight, I thought the dialogue and acting were quite poor. But I love the lighting effects and the 'fighting' scenes, and I went to pass the afternoon with my boyfriend so it was alright. I don't think I'd go watch it again though.
Unfortunately my weekend will be filled with work, work, and work!

Cupcake Pixie is probably the cutest nickname ever to grace this earth. Hahahahaha.
Aaaaagh, I'm not a fan of Twilight, and I would like to open a magazine and not be faced by Kirsten Stewart looking all depressed.

Joanne Faith - It is MASSIVELY fun! :D
Sarah Hannah - DEFINITELY. Oh, I LOVE the post-Christmas sales!
Amy - Edinburgh Lass - Hooray! That's so good to hear, I'm even more excited to see it now! :D Thanks for letting me know!

I've been on the tour at the ABC (i.e. hopefully my future workplace!!) before. Once when I was on work experience and then with my old class years ago. It's lots of fun.. if they ask you if you know how many hair and makeup rooms there are..the answer is 3! Just so you're ahead of everyone else, Corrine :P You'll have fun- it's really interesting! I wish I was going again haha. Tell Shalagh (I assume...?) that I want to go haha.
With Twilight, ahh I am so over it! Ha ha, apparently that there's a scene in the movie where Edward or someone has their shirt off and all the girls in the cinema start screaming.. FML.
Once again, always a loverly post from you Corrine! :)
