And now, LIVE, from the 2012 Worst Blogger Awards, comes an extremely belated post from one of the year's most disgraced finalists...
H-i! It's been forever, hasn't it?! I mean, vampire bats practically flew out of my internet browser as soon as I opened it this afternoon and everything! (And don't even get me started on the amount of dust everywhere!)
All nitwittery aside, how ARE you? I hope you've been ridiculously well! 2012 seems to be zooming by (seriously, can you believe that we're almost halfway through April already?! Yikes!), but alas, let's answer the title of this post, shall we?
x Disconnecting (I know... what?!) and spending less time online, and more time offline, laughing like a loon with my best friends. (And gol-ly, it's been fun, but I've MISSED YOU!)
x Road tripping, getting ''lost'', and admiring the beauty (and street art!) of foreign suburbs and towns. (Meet Newcastle, in Northern NSW... isn't she a stunner?)
x Accepting all invitations (learning to whip up Nepalese cuisine? Why not?! Rapping with monkeys? SURE! Okay, you're right. That last part never actually happened!), attending each event, and generally heaving an enormous ''YES!'' at everything...
(Oh, look! It's Corey Taylor, lead singer of Slipknot and Stone Sour/ my absolute life HERO!)
x And finally... applying for a British passport! #$%@*! (Did you hear that?! That's the sound of my teeth chattering. Chatter, chatter!)
I'm winging my way over to London later in the year (TO LIVE!), and I'm slightly petrified about it (do I have any kind of accommodation lined up? No. Employment? Absolutely not!), but hey... we're only here temporarily, right? Isn't life too short to not scare the bejesus out of yourself?!
This rascal's nattered enough. Tell me about you! Is 2012 shaping up to be an interesting year? Update me, update me!
hello, love! glad you're back! and cheers to new adventures!
London !! wow! Lucky you! love that city! It is good some time to disconnect from the internet. beautiful pics ;)
You're back! I thought Frock and Roll was gone for good. :( Have missed your posts xxx
Yay, you're back! And off to London! To live! I'm excited for you!!! (hence all the exclamation marks!)
AHahah oh gosh how many weird thing I wrote in my last comment!
First of all "were" instead of "where", please forgive me U_U
"mobbing" is a word we use to indicate those jobs where there is a lot of negative pressure from "bosses" on employees... I thought it was english, but then again I should think better, it might be a word we made up in Italy god knows why!!!
I'M COMING WITH YOU! Well, no, i'm not, but I want to! You are living my dream. If I didn't have my dog, i'd either be in the UK right now, or in New Zealand. One day though, maybe! So good to see a blog post from you, and that you have been busy and having fun! YAY!
Wa-hey! Awesome to have you back.
Congrats on your British passport by the way. I can't believe you're going to live in London. You're going to have a brilliant time there, I'm sure of it.
Welcome back! I had been wondering what happened to your blog! haha Though it sounds like you've been having an awesome time...I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be blogging either! =p
Euforilla - Neeever! Thanks, lovely :) And I completely intend on coming to Europe! Congratulations on your new domain (how exciting!), your adoption plans (again - HOW EXCITING! :D ), but wow, answer me this - what on earth is a ''mobbing'' job?!
Cathy - Awww, you MUST be! Thanks for checking up on me Cathy, how are you?! And ah, I hope so! I'm freaking out a little, but I keep telling myself ''if it all fails... I'll just go somewhere else.'' The whole point is just to get out there and see the WORLD!
Funny, I just came to check up on your blog the other day. I must be psychic!
How exciting about the move to London! You're going to love it :)
Corinne! You've been missed! I was starting to think you've decided to abandon blogging for good!

Kez - Shucks! I've missed you too, Kez. How's your beautiful little boy? And it's definitely scary, but it's one of those things that I figure ''I've always wanted to do it... I'm 24... if not now... WHEN?!''
Kirstie - Well if it isn't the world's loveliest intern... KIRSTIE! Hello! How are you?! :) I hope you've been exceptionally well! And as for ''you've got to live. And living means risk & adventure'' - e-x-a-c-t-l-y!
