Fairy Light Appreciation ♥

boys just don't get fairy lights. except my dad, who has them all over his garden and throughout the house! haha. I have a big string going up our staircase, my boyfriend didn't get a choice!

I love fairy lights too, in Australia I had the really great ones that were solar and didn't need clunky power plugs - I could string them over trees and the garden no probs - I can't find them in NZ!

I've already warned Tom about these. If he won't have them in our room (which he will because I will make a pouty face if I need to), then I've demanded my own room wherever we live!

I love fairy lights too. Someone once told me if you have fairy lights outside, your house is more likely to broken into! I see no logic in that statement at all. My only qualm with fairy lights is that most sets have those clunky great power plugs that makes them annoying to use.

Fairy lights are so pretty <3 I love how you can add them to a room and it makes it look so much better <3

I looove fairy lights! We don't have any but I love seeing them in unusual places. One of my BFFs had her whole room lined with fairy lights and I used to almost spend every night there when we were in high school... it was awesome.

I specially like the wooden canopy with the fairy lights, it's so whimsical.

My purple & pink fairy lights accompanied me to every single one of the four different places I lived during college. There is nothing more beautiful & affordable! : )

(And once I get a house you can bet I'll put them up again 24/7--I did hang them up here around Christmas time, but they kept falling down...)

Those are some absolutely gorgeous photos! I love fairy lights, mine are currently still packed however once I figure out how to hang them without damaging the walls in my new flat, my desk will be surrounded by them again!

I love fairy lights, especially the white and icy blue ones!

My parents have a permanent fixture of them in the living room, on the window sill and I used to have them taped to the window frame of my old bedroom.

I haven't had a chance to put up a string of them in my new room yet, but I will when we're approaching autumn again!

ohhh!! I LOVE fairy lights!! I have them around a painting in our bedroom and a few strings in our sunroom! They just make me feel sooo happy!! :)

(I was thinking of stringing some up in the kitchen...but I tend to do that when the mister is away...so then he has no choice but to accept them! hahaha)

oooh i love the photos! i have some fairy lights that i attempted to string up but it looked ridiculously lopsided and weird. ill have to try again. with a ladder or something...
