Thank Frock It's Friday! ♥

And you know what THAT means!

*cue crickets chirping*

It's time for the weekly review of your days of days, and to ruminate over the little things in life that have made you beam!

As always, the bulk of my week was spent in the confinements of the below pictured location (for relevant, accompanying theme music, please go here. And here), and feverishly trying to plan work experience. As part of my course curriculum, we have to complete 40 hours of placement at an organisation in our preferred industry by October, and with only a few months to go and little notice, the pressure is on to find something fabulous beyond assisting at say, McDonalds. (Not that there's anything wrong with assisting at McDonalds - but such an act is probably not going to earn me favourable marks in a journalism-orientated course!) Study, last-minute preparation and floundering about like a basket case in a wave of skittish-ness/anticipation aside, here what's making me smile! :

x Other Little Things - The Sydney Blogger's Breakfast/Papershow Event invitation (oh, go on, say it! I'm predictable, I know!); Brenton Wood; this video (why yes, I have posted it on 'Miss Corrine' before... and why yes, I do know that admitting to such obsessions makes me exceptionally tragic, but argh, I LOVE it! Just look at those dance moves... TOTALLY something to pull out on a Saturday night, right?!); Grease; ridiculous in-class photography sessions; Paris infatuation; supremely kind teachers who say ''Corrine, your blog is very good, but... THERE'S A SPELLING MISTAKE IN ONE OF YOUR POSTS! I'm sorry, I can't help it, it's the teacher in me!''; e-mails from overseas cohorts (ha! Cohorts. What a word); The Body Shop's 'White Musk' fragrance; super supportive friends; and the magnificent Friday night/Saturday morning drinks that always follow after the conclusion of an epic week at work!
