Introducing... everything that I'm stupendously smitten with this week, from sunshine, picnic daydreams and the knowledge that the weekend is only a hop, skip and jump away, to new fashion obsessions and much, much more!

x The Impending Arrival Of Summer- Ooh! Afternoon BBQs, beach shenanigans, cruising around with the windows rolled down, the smell of blossoming flowers and planning picnics galore... these are a few of my favourites things about summer, and while it's only spring in Australia at the moment,  the weather has been EXTREMELY beautiful in Sydney this week, and in a nod of appreciation towards this, I've been cranking out my favourite floral maxi-dresses, and devouring frozen yoghurt in the sun... bliss!

x Fresh, New (Old?!) Music - It's one of my favourite things: you know those moments where you hear a song that you haven't heard in forever, and quickly remember how much you adore it, and then proceed to play it endlessly throughout the coming days? Or when you discover brilliant, fresh new music to seduce your ears with? At the moment, I'm loving The Prodigy's Girls (bonus: it seems to have magical, productivity-producing powers! Try it next you have to clean the house, whip up an article, dance around your living room or exercise!) and Baby's Got A Temper, as well as Cassie Davis's Like It Loud...

x Conquering To-Do List Challenges - Especially the somewhat pesky, less-favourable tasks that it feels like I've been avoiding for an ETERNITY. I frequently forget this (but am always reminded of it after I complete something that I've been avoiding!), but usually, the best way to feel instantly better about an unnerving situation is to deal with it headfirst as soon as possible... the complication disappears, and that niggly you-know-you-should-be-doing-(insert scenario here) feeling is eliminated.

x My Clear-Lense, Non-Prescription Black Glasses Arriving From Ebay - They're even better than I imagined. Whee!

x Other Little Things - Afternoon naps; belated homemade birthday presents; hair experimentations; pretty pastels, sparkly eyeshadows; charm; Twilight fever (I almost feel embarrassed about this... why?! I'm reading Eclipse at the moment!); cute text messages; and those rare, confronting (yet deliciously comforting!) moments when you realise that someone knows you freakishly well...

Spill!  What can't you get enough of? What are you looking forward to? What are the best things that happened this week? (It doesn't matter if it was something as simple as scoring the last free seat on the bus - SHARE!)

xoxo

Summer is the best.

Your website is really gorgeous. I've been browsing it all night now, hope you don't mind me commenting on the old stuff :)

I'd like to get my hands on a pair of those non-prescription glasses as well. Maybe it makes me silly, but I swear some outfits just look better with glasses!

I am ridiculously excited about summer this year... it's this time of year that I'm always so thankful that I live in Sydney... nowhere does summer better than Sydney!

This week I got an iPod Touch... enough said. My friend Alekz was like "I want to see IT!!" and I said "At least say hi to me" and he said "I say hi to you all the time, now iPod!" XDD.

I also got a free Starbucks and chips + soda. Yep, the boys are weird and like to give me food. I'm not complaining.

For me, the best thing that happened this week was getting the last roll of tuna and avocado sushi. The moment was made even sweeter when the person after me wanted tuna and avocado.

Oh yeah, I also got Fleetwood Mac tickets :)
